Issues & Support
In the event of a coast guard suspension or technical issue, you will be eligible for a 100% refund or a free rebooking.
Show your E-Ticket (either the QR code on your phone or a printed copy) along with a valid Government-issued ID to the port administrator.
We recommend arriving at least 1 to 2 hours before your scheduled departure to allow enough time for terminal fee payment, security checks, and the issuance of your boarding pass.
Cancellations & Refunds
Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," select the ticket you wish to cancel, and click the cancel button.
Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Rebooking & Changes
Yes. You can rebook your ticket through the "My Bookings" section after cancellation. Please note that rebooking is subject to seat availability and may incur a service fee.
Rebooking must be done at least 24 hours before your original scheduled departure.
If the new ticket price is higher, you will need to pay the difference. If it is lower, the difference is generally non-refundable depending on the fare class.

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash (if on site), and other integrated local payment gateways.
No. You can present the E-Ticket (QR Code) on your mobile device at the terminal. However, having a printed copy is a good backup.
